I focused on redesigning the onboarding flow & creating a subscription feature for the personalized AI chatbot product, Soulplay.

Provided a clear preview of the app’s features and value before requiring sign-up.

Streamlined the purchase experience for frequent users to reduce friction, encourage engagement, and increase retention.
